자격증 분실 시 다시 발행이 가능합니다.

1. 먼저 담당자에게 메일을 주세요 (JH.Park@kitr.co.kr)

 -. 이름 / 전화번호 / 메일주소를 적어 보내 주세요.

2. 행정담당 확인 후 문자로 수수료를 요청 드립니다.

 -. 수수료는 1만원이며, 등기 우편 요금이 포함됩니다.

*주의*

 사용 기간이 갱신 되지 않은 분은 자격증 발행이 되지 않습니다.

 반드시 자격증 갱신을 하여 주시기 바랍니다.

If the certificate is lost, it can be reissued.

2. After confirming the administrative officer, we will request the fee by text message.

  -. The fee is 10,000 won, including registered postage.

  Certificates will not be issued to those who have not renewed the period of use.
